Had the potato goulash last winter - Edit
Found myself eating lots of salads etc whilst in Serfaus so was nice to have a tasty and well labelled vegan option!

Good choice of local dishes - Edit
It’s not easy to eat vegan in the mountains, but this traditional hut has many delicious options and changes the menu seasonally. Enjoyed a beetroot soup with roasted apple pieces.
