I think it has closed. I found the address but other businesses were there. See photo. The business sign in the back right reads 'bangkok'.

Cozy atmosphere, hearty, home cooked food. - Edit
Ate here once with a friend. I tried their chickpea omelet and my friend had their lentil soup. Both were tasty and had a very Baltic, home cooked feel. The atmosphere is also cozy. You even have to take your shoes off at the door! Worth a visit.
