Raw food center, where host Véronique teaches raw vegan and fermented cooking classes. She also sells some of her products, such as fermented chickpea hummus, raw mushroom paste, and more. Products are available for sale directly or in local shops. Hours may vary, call ahead. Collection available on Wednesdays between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. Open Tue-Sat 10:00-16:00. Closed Sun and Mon.
