I had the masala dosai served with three chutneys for 3.90$ (2.85 USD) and it was really tasty ! The staff is friendly and the waiter confirmed that the food is cooked in oil rather than ghee.
And it was so nice to eat among the locals :)

three star as my veggie companions thought it was great.
so many of the dosa meals were ghee based dosa's so I asked and was told curry based was vegetable oil. explained vegan etc and seemed good,my meal arrives with two yogurt based dips and a small paneer curry, not great.
my veggie companions thought the food was amazing, I was disappointed.
