Incredible food but limited - Edit
Firstly, this place has amazing food! Their flavors are so fresh and interesting. The staff is always so kind and helpful. Unfortunately, they only have one fryer for their food, so anything fried (fries, delight soy nuggets, etc), also gets fried with the meat. The soy nuggets are so good, so this was sad news. Thankfully, some of their tofu does not get fried, so it is vegan. Two vegan tofu options are the tofu and crispy rice lettuce wraps and the spicy tofu bibimbap. Another main vegan dish is the green donburi. For vegan sides, they have seaweed salad and the quinoa and green garbanzos. I highly recommend this place and hopefully they will find a way to make the soy nuggets separate eventually.

Such fresh tasty food - Edit
My daughter and I got take away from here last night. We shared the chop chop salad the tofu lettuce wraps and the tofu bibimbap. Everything was absolutely so fresh and delicious!

I love this please. The soy nuggets are so good, and the flavors are spot on. I especially love the furikake fries!! The outdoor seating is gorgeous too.

There's no indoor seating which I wasn't aware of. The staff was fast and kind, but you order through your phone so asking what's vegan is hard and the staff was busy and didn't get back to us on some questions which is why I'm giving it a 3.
Read moreWe ordered the furikake steak, soy nuggets, and the bahn mi burger. All were great especially the fries! The soy nuggets were just regular soy nuggets so don't expect them to be dressed up if you substitute them out for karaage or what not.

It’s hard to mess up something as pure and good as sweet potato fries, but they managed. More like potpourri fries, amirite? $7.50 for fries that went in the trash because that’s where they belong. This place has really good reviews and I just don’t see why. Perhaps it was more impressive pre-pandemic. As it is now, it’s overpriced takeout food that you order online from an outdoor table and receive in a paper to-go bag. Having delight soy and impossible meat as substitution options should make me happy—both of these companies are high quality—, but I was very unimpressed with the food as a whole.
