I had a shocking experience at this joint.
I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich.
I used English, Thai, and dramatic gestures to indicate that I wanted crispy bacon. The person who took my order said she understood.
When my sandwich was delivered by the cook (manager/owner, too?), I saw that the bacon was as limp as could be.
I told her that it was not crispy, as I'd ordered it. She got really nasty and insisted that it WAS crispy, which was like insisting to me that the sea nearby is not a sea, but a creek.
I had my laptop on the table in front of me when the food was delivered, so I stood up to move the laptop and put the plate in front of me.
The cook was standing there menacingly, and, as I brought my plate to where I intended to eat it, she literally grabbed it out of my hand and said "You want crispy?!"
She stormed away to the front-desk area, not the kitchen, grabbed some pre-maid bacon bits used for salads, took the limp bacon off the sandwich, dumped the bacon bits on it, and brought back my plate, saying "Here!"
It was disgusting conduct.
A couple of minutes later, she brought the totally wrong order to a German guy.
There were a grand total of three customers there at the time, myself and that man included.
She totally screwed up two simple orders, but acted as though she'd done nothing wrong.
Avoid this place like the plague.
