No longer a sure thing - Edit

Have enjoyed this place in the past, but after a recent visit I have to urge folks to avoid. I didn't find this a good value, service has taken a step dive, and the food was over-salted and greasy.

Warning to vegans - Edit

This use to be my favorite spot to grab a falafel and stuffed grape leaves.

Ownership of the restaurant apparently switch hands and now I’d say avoid this place. The air inside was overwhelming fatty, like the vents had not been changed in months and cow grease was on the surface of every cooktop. There are times you can tell how often the grill or press is cleaned, my falafel had lots of “bits” and was very mushy/ oily.

Before ordering, please ask staff to detail what steps are taken to ensure vegan offerings do not come into contact with meats prepared on the same surfaces.

Cons: Falafel texture, Cross contamination apparent, Aggressive beef odor

Flavorful majadra - Edit

I ordered hummous, majadra, zataar fries and a green salad. The portions were good and the food was fresh and flavorful. I especially liked the majadra.

Pros: Good vegan options, Tasty food

Cons: To-go food came in styrofoam containers

Excellent! - Edit

Tasty food from a clearly labeled menu. Both vegan and gluten-free options available. Order from the menu or pick from the deli case. Also has desserts, but only a few are vegan, and none were both vegan and gluten free.
