Fantastic in every way

There are wonderful vegan options here. The owner and staff understand what that means and they make the best food. As of 2026 they even have a dedicated vegan/vegetarian menu with choices clearly marked. Everything is wonderful so I can't really make a recommendation.

Would give 10 stars if possible!

I have been to Kabab-G several times since coming to Peoria. The food is always top notch. The falafel is crispy, flavorful, yet light. The hummus is smooth, and perfectly seasoned. The vegetable kabob is perfectly cooked, and the pickles are to die for. Overall, this is the best joint for Mediterranean/Middle Eastern cuisine in Peoria.
