Vegan Ramen on a Cold Day!

Jinya is a chain, but we used to go there in Austin, TX and when we saw it opened in CHS, we checked it out. They have great vegan options that has Impossible meat and rice/kale noodles. Definitely going to return.

Pros: Service, Selection/vegan options

Cons: Substitutions can add to the price, Pricey overall (but that's everywhere in CHS)

Absolutely Delightful

High quality service and delicious food. O started off the meal with some impossible gyoza. They were very savory and delicious. Highly recommend if you love dumplings. For my main, I had the Spicy Creamy V Ramen that was the perfect blend of spice and savory umami flavor. The noodles were so good. Ended the meal with an impossible bun. The bun was so soft and the flavor profile was savory as well as crisp from the cucumbers. Very enjoyable.
