stopped in after work to check it out. i was disappointed to find that they only had a total of 2 vegan options: peppermint patty, and banana cream pudding. i was really hoping for some chocolate. was also disappointed to find out the waffle bowels have dairy in them.
Read morei got the banana cream one and it turned out to be very good. more so than i expected. The woman working behind the counter seemed nice and helpful, so customer service gets a plus.
overall i liked the ice cream, just wished they had more vegan options.

Great Vegan Ice Cream - Edit
First time here and they had four great flavors I’ve never seen before. I had the Caramel Pecan Sticky Buns, Texas Sheet Cake and Lemon Bar (my favorite!). They let me sample all four flavor first, which is a great idea. They also had Hot Toddy, which I sampled and it was good, many different layers of flavors. Texture was great as well.

The coffee ice cream was great. They had 2 vegan cone options. The ice cream was less dense than you’d typically get from an ice cream— more airy. Overall, was very impressed.

ICE sCREAM for Ice Cream at Jeni’s - Edit
Jeni’s Ice Cream is a cute shop in East Nashville. There are two vegan options, Frose Sorbet and Dark Chocolate Truffle. You can get a pint for $12, 1 full scoop or 2 half scoops for $5, or 3 half scoops in a bowl for $6. Jeni’s has a super cute aesthetic with both indoor and outdoor seating. They are happy to give free samples. Both of the vegan options were delicious and I would recommend, especially on a hot summer day.

Adorable ice cream shop located in East Nashville, on a block where there are 2 vegan friendly restaurants, as well as a vegan friendly donut shop! I tried both of the vegan flavors, chocolate and raspberry sorbet, and both were outstanding!!!

I wanted some ice-cream bc the weather is warming up. They had two vegan options and I loved them both! One was a chocolate flavor and the other a sorbet that tasted like sangria and I was surprised how satisfying it was. I will def go back!
