Ottima cena vegan, personale preparato, cordiale e vegan enthusiast

Buona fantasia per le rivisitazioni in chiave plant-based, ma il tofu potrebbe essere migliore.
AGGIORNO: Il menù estivo è diverso, ma ci sono lo stesso diverse opzioni Veg (un tagliere di antipasti, patate dolci, vellutata fredda di zucchine e un panino con falafel e carote marinate.. quest’ultimo davvero mooolto buono!)
