Gyros Sandwich - Edit
Very cheap for a fully vegan place, for only 4,50€ you get a big sandwich with fries. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious. We tried the Pepperoni, Turkey and Gyros sandwich (my favourite). Staff is very friendly. Don’t miss this place when you’re in Thessaloniki!

Very good pita. We had gyros and steak pita it was very delicious. On our trip to Thessaloniki we went there every day and had two handwiches. Not because they were too small, but because we ate one for breakfast and one for lunch

Went Back Twice - Edit
I had the basic gyro and it was delicious. The pita was so soft, the “meat” was nicely seasoned and the tzatziki was delicious! I ended up going back two days in a row. The price and portions are very reasonable.

Read moreAlthough disappointed that the souvlaki was sold out - I totally understand why. Handwich suggested I try their vegan gyro - so I ordered that, the seasoned french fries, and a spinach pie. They also have vegan-friendly soda brands.
The vegan gyro was outstanding and kicked off a food tour of vegan gyros across Greece for me. The slaw was crisp and the vegan gyro meat was savory, but much lighter than a standard gyro (from what I remember about gyro meat). The fries were seasoned with paprika that added a great sweet element. My hands did look like they were covered in dorito dust after eating them.
The spinach pie, we saved for later, but it was perfectly flaky and savory and reminded me of a real spanikopita. Other than spinach, there was a big pie selection of both savory and sweet varieties. If I lived closer to Thessaloniki, I'd be here constantly.
Pros: Amazing Vegan Sandwiches, Seasoned Fries, Greek Pies

Warm, fresh, well prepared and very tasty vegan food. Wide selection of items available on their own and with spicy fries. The Caesar's Handwich and the Hotdog have an excellent balance of sauce, vegan meat substitute and salad.

I am blown away by this fantastic place. We had the Gyro and The Bear with fries. We also took home some of their pies. The sandwiches were full of flavor and texture and the pita was so good. Really one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. They even have things to take home and cook yourself. The service was fantastic, just one person making everything and she did it with kindness and efficiency. Her name is Anatoli, and she even offered to help my daughter with anything she needs while here in the city for school. What a lovely experience whether you are vegan or not, you will love this place and the food made with love. Thank you for being a bright light in the world!

Read moreThe Gyros Handwich is just perfection. Really awesome fluffy bread, exceptional tzaziki, well balanced and perfectly seasoned.
The Bear and the Caesar one were also good but not as perfect as the Gyros one.
Will come back here 100% the next time I'm in Thessaloniki.
