Local Food, Vegan Options - Edit
Green Market tries to use local and organic produce whenever possible. Their menu changes weekly, and their produce changes with the seasons. They mark their menu with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free, so it's easy to distinguish. Their food is so lovingly and creatively prepared, and there is always at least one vegan dish. Favorite Fargo-Moorhead restaurant.

Really enjoyed the fresh local vegan, vegetarian and gluten free gourmet treats at Green Market Kitchen. Service was great too. A definate yes vote from us. We were just passing thru Fargo so was great to find this little gem.
