Large menu with good sized portions

Vegan Chinese restaurant serving vegetable, tofu and mock meat dishes

All food is free of alliums

We tried the deep fried shitake mushroom appetiser, udon noodles, stir-fried okra, pan fried dumplings and steamed dumplings

The appetiser and dumplings were delicious while the other dishes could have been slightly seasoned more

We shared a red bean pancake for dessert and it was great

Pretty bad

Hate to give a vegan restaurant a bad review but the food from here was pretty terrible. Ordered the chilli oil dumplings which were fine. The chilli chicken was dry and had an absurb amount of dry chilli. The worst dish was the fried gluten and mushrooms. When you bit into it —shrivels up into a snot like texture. Was so terrible we couldn’t finish it. Fried rice very average. Perhaps we ordered the wrong things. Don’t think I’d return. Cookatoo kitchen in Richmond 1000 times better than this place.

Classic tasty vegan Asian food

Finally, a good vegan restaurant more accessible to the outer northern suburbs!
We got the sweet and sour pork, char sieu buns, salt and pepper squid, and pan fried Dumplings. All excellent, would get again!
