Tasty Ice Cream, clear labeling - Edit
The ice cream is really good (especially the Peruvian dark chocolate is a must-try!). All the other vegan ice creams are sorbets. Everything is clearly labelled, not only vegan but also things like no added sugar.

It’s great they have a variety of vegan sorbets to choose from. As mentioned in other reviews the cone is not vegan. I had the chocolate flavor and it was tasty.

seems to be an ice cream parlour chain in erfurt, the one close to the krämerbrücke is extra popular but the others are pretty much the same and less crowded.
Read morethey have some extraordinary, well labelled vegan options e. g. tahini lime, raspberry red beet, avocado or lemon cassis. not sure but i think all vegan flavours are sorbets. peru dschungelkakao is a big recommendation.
one scoop costs between 1,70€ and 2,30€ which is medium to expensive. cones are 1€ extra but i'm not sure whether they are vegan since they ran out of them when we visited anyway. sadly, no reusable cups available but they'll accept it if you bring your own.

Mein Eis (Öko-Grütze) war auch nicht unbedingt der Burner.
Tipp: Nicht auf der Brücke ewig anstellen, sondern einfach dahinter in den dazugehörigen Laden gehen. Dort ist es ebenso urig und man kann ein bisschen in die Manufaktur spitzen.
I was hoping for more. A ball costs up to €2.90. The waffle is not vegan and doesn't taste good either.
My ice cream („Öko-Grütze“) wasn't exactly a burner either.
Advice: Don't wait in line on the bridge, just go to the shop behind it. It's just as rustic there and you can get a little insight into the manufacture.

Die Goldhelm Eiskrämer sind scheinbar immer sehr gut besucht, man sollte also ein bisschen Wartezeit einplanen, die lohnt sich aber definitiv! Es gibt großartiges (!!) Eis und das Geld für die Kugel ist es allemal wert (momentan ca. zwischen 1,60 und 2,20 €). Welche Sorten vegan sind, ist gut ausgeschrieben auf der Eis des Tages - Tafel und das sind gar nicht mal so wenige!
