Perfect Pistachio - Edit
The Pistachio contained freshly ground California pistachios. The Polar Espresso was made of freshly brewed La Colombe espresso, French chocolate, and peppermint candy canes. Both were so flavorful.

Delicious and coconut-free! - Edit
Finding vegan gelato/ice cream that is made without coconut is darn near impossible. Gemelli makes all of their gelato in house, including the vegan ones. None of them have coconut unless the flavor itself is coconut! Their vegan gelato is cold, creamy, and delicious! I got the dark chocolate candied orange and the peanut butter smashed Oreo. Delicious!

Awesome vegan gelato - Edit
They had two vegan gelato flavors and a few sorbettos when I visited. I had a vegan chocolate hazelnut flavor. Tasted just like Nutella and had a great smooth texture. I will add that my non-vegan friend got two flavors of regular not-vegan gelato and wasn't impressed.

They usually have at least two or three flavors that are always delicious. It’s a bit pricey ($5 for a small), but definitely worth it.

Update: There flavors are constantly changing. This month they had Vegan Chocolate, Almond, Berry, and Lemon. I really like the Almond one.

Their vegan options are lovely, I just wish they carried different flavors more often or experimented with other flavors (to make them vegan) a bit. Seeing vegan chocolate every time I’m in there (which is maybe only a handful of times a year) gets tiring.

We went to this place 3 times in 3 days, it’s that good! The only downside is the small amount of options. There was only one flavor of vegan gelato...but it was chocolate and so good! There was also a tropical sorbetto that had a delightful citrus twang.
