A pleasant surprise in La Vega

I was so surprised and happy to find this place in La Vega, in a part of Colombia where veggie options can be hard to come by. The owner is a professional dietitian and wanted to offer a healthier choice in the village. Unfortunately because generally people won't eat vegetarian she had to include meat as a protein choice on the menu, but all the bowls are available vegan.
The flavors were well thought out and I enjoyed my bowl. I would have preferred a larger portion sizes, but I am a big eater and arrived there very hungry, so that might also have been a factor, hehe.
The restaurant is tiny, so there are only a few high tables, but you can also take out your food and enjoy it on the nearby town square where you will find Cosechas, a juice bar with some really great juices.

This place doesn't exist anymore.

I've been searching for an hour, and didn't fond it. Removing this place could be a good idea
