I got the to-go veggie sushi ($11) which was supposed to have avocado, cucumber, carrots and seaweed. It only had avocado and seaweed. I was extremely hungry on a long layover so at least it was something at the moment.

Pretty decent airport food - Edit
Among the quick options in the JetBlue terminal, the yakisoba with tofu isn't bad for something that doesn't require modifications. As with all airport food it's expensive for a small portion of food at $19.
