A great place for a healthy lunch - Edit
I go to Freshii when I want veggies and greens. I get their mixed green salad, with all of the veggies, chopped and tossed with balsamic vinegar. It's cheap, too. About $8. They have other things, such as wraps, but I only ever get the salads.
