Yummy vegan tofu scramble with moondust potatoes - Edit
I had the vegan tofu scramble without the toast (because I am gluten free) and added a side of moondust potatoes. I saw that some reviews didn't think the tofu scramble had much flavor. Personally, I thought it was yummy and I absolutely love the moondust potatoes. Paired together they were perfect together. The Flying Biscuit is a little on the expensive side, but it was great for a treat. I am dairy and gluten intolerant. They have a separate vegetarian menu where dishes are clearly marked vegan or gluten free (except for their biscuits, which are sadly not gluten free nor vegan). I found this helpful, though my order required customization as no true meal offering is both vegan and gluten free. Only things that were more or less sides were classified as both vegan and gluten free.

The food didn't blow me away but it was very solid. I had the tofu wrap, collard greens, and an iced late. I'd eat here again.

Had an enjoyable breakfast here. The vegan BBQ burrito was delicious. So were the potatoes. Fruit cup was just a standard cup of fruit which included pineapple, cantaloupe and grapes. My husband really enjoyed the tofu scramble. It was very soy sauce flavored. It really is tofu marinated in just tamari with veggies. Simple, but very soy sauce flavored.

Okay food - Edit
I've only been here once with my mom. I ordered the tofu scramble with an english muffin instead of a biscuit. The english muffin was FLOPPY and just... not right. The tofu scramble was good but nothing special, and I'd like to try something else. We shared a side of the moon dusted potatoes-- Now THAT'S something to come back for!
