FLORA Restaurante Permacultural es un centro cultural de “Arte y Permacultura”. Un espacio holístico sin fines de lucro, que ofrece alimentación saludable a base de plantas, orgánica y sin transgénicos (nonGMO).
FLORA nació en Enero del 2016 de la inspiración de una pareja de jóvenes enamorados, Paulette y Josué, que practican como pasión la alimentación saludable y las acciones ecológicas-regenerativas para una vida armónica con toda la naturaleza.

El objetivo de FLORA es, ser un restaurante autosuficiente y resiliente, un referente urbano de vida más consciente con las futuras generaciones, la liberación animal y la liberación de la Madre Tierra.

FLORA practica comercio justo directamente con productores de fincas locales, que aplican técnicas de agro-ecología y/o permacultura. Creando una relación más directa entre los alimentos, los productores y los consumidores.

Actualmente, FLORA es una comunidad de 12 miembros colaboradores, quienes están desempeñando su máximo potencial para sacar adelante a éste proyecto regenerativo. Entre ellos existen artistas, cocineros, permacultures, activistas, y más. Todxs, con la intensión de ayudar con el despertar de la consciencia personal y global...

FLORA Restaurante Permacultural is a cultural center for “Art & Permaculture”. A non-profit holistic space that offers plant-based healthy food, organic and non-GMO.

FLORA was born in January 2016 by inspiration of a in-loved young couple, that are passionate about healthy food and ecological-regenerative actions for an armonic life with all nature.

The objective of FLORA is to be a self-sufficient and resilient restaurante, an urban example of a conscious life for future generations, seeking freedom for animals and for Mother Earth.

FLORA practices #FairTrade directly with local farm producers, that apply agro-ecology and permaculture technics. Creating a more meaningful direct relationship between food, producers and consumers.

Today, FLORA is a community a 12 member collaborators, whom are discovering their maximum potential to succeed this regenerative project. Between the members are; artists, activists, cooks, permaculturists and more.
