is a belgian fastfood chain,
there founders where active
in our national mac-donald "Quick"
before they launched this chain
they surf on hype of fresh organic (less then 10%)
local and vegetarian
althought they have some vegie options
its very industrial (presented in a nice way)
its expensive for the quality they propose
so merrit nice to now more people are looking for healthy food .
Cons: they show organic products in there shop to look like everythings is organic but they havent been doing any serious effort since they opened, it has actually gone worse, so ethics zero, social/comited business zero, environmental zero, quality taste of food, half a star. I prefer a bad local business in my neighbourhood then green looking-airport-food down the street, strongly not recomended
