I took a relo visiting from interstate here, and - while both the dishes were reasonably tasty (if not fairly hefty in price) - the owner kept approaching our table uninvited to interrupt our conversation, make inappropriate comments and, at one point, touched my back (completely uninvited). Can guarantee if one or either of us were male he would never have dared behave that way. Sadly, gives a bad name to the already-known misogynistic Slavic cultures.
