Not really worth your time - Edit
The food court setup doesn’t really do this food any favours. There aren’t courses, as such, and despite the price, there’s not much ambiance. Having been to the branch in Norwich, I know the menu is pretty good, but in this case it’s let down by the environment.

Food average, service slow. - Edit
A food court setting isn’t the kind of place you normally find an all vegan counter, so this show progress.
Read moreSadly, food is very average, albeit well priced. Service is slow (30 minute wait and they weren’t busy) due to lack of staff and because they wait until they’ve prepared everything before serving. Would be much better to bring each dish out when it’s ready because some of our order was cold.
We had the mushrooms on toast and the omelette. Mushrooms on toast were ok but there was far too much cheese in the omelette, so it is really just a bit of sticky mess.
Nevertheless, it’s ok for a quick pit stop if you’re in the area and you have plenty of time.
Pros: All vegan
Cons: Slow service , Food average , Morning menu extremely limited

The best vegan fish and chips - Edit
I went there with my sister and ordered the banana blossom fish and chips. It was fabulous! It also had the most tasty chips I've ever eaten. My sister had the Ceasar salad and really enjoyed it. We found ordering drinks challenging since you had to do it through your phone through the foodcourt menu, and therefore just dropped it. The restaurant is situated in the Bonnie & Wild foodcourt at the top of the St. James Quarter shopping centre, so there are also non-vegan restaurants around that share the same seating space as Erpinghams.

Decent food if you’re in the area - Edit
Good to see a fully vegan option in a food court - the food was nice however a bit underwhelming for the price. Also worth noting (at the moment) you can’t choose where to sit so could end up neat meat / fish counters.

Vegan stall in busy food court - Edit
The food itself was lovely we had the vegan fish and chips which were very tasty and would definitely recommend. I wasn't keen on the whole set up of the place I ended up being sat on a shared table near a butcher's stall thankfully it was closed.

Not the greatest - Edit
The ‘fish’ is ok but the chips that are served are cheapest of the cheap horrible canteen/school dinner style chips. For £12.50 I was not impressed.

Busy posh food court - Edit
Staff at door will greet you and another will take you to your table and drinks are from the bar only and ordered through a QR code and it's all cashless. Being a food court with many vendors each kitchen is very limited so there's not a lot of choice. We had the fsh and chips which turned out to be banana blossom and the best I've had, very soft. Chips, peas and sauce also very tasty. Would come back to try the others

It’s OK - Edit
This place is ok. It’s an expensive food court, with a vegan stall. I had the tacos, which were quite dry.

Vegan outlet in a food court - Edit
Tasty vegan food in a busy food court. Had three tacos (£9). There’s a butchers opposite, next to the cheese shop, where they’re hacking up great sides of beef in full view.
