many vegan options! great staff!

vegan snacks, smothies, sandwiches, bread, cheese and so on... and a very friendly staff.

They have everything

They have every vegan product I ever saw in Brazil. They also sell non vegan products and have a small non vegan eatery. The have Tofu, a big range of supplements, different plant milks, other processed and non processed food. I bought some nuts of which one kind, the nut mix, had worms. This should not happen in a health food store, but nevertheless the store is good.

Great shop with lots of things for veggies

I was really pleased to have found this shop as there is very little for vegetarians and vegans in Foz do Iguaçu. They sell a range of good-quality fruit and vegetables, dried grains, lentils, nuts, tofu, tinned goods veggie burgers and ready-to-eat snacks. I got my supplies for the week here, and was especially pleased to find proper peanut butter here!
