Excellent vegan menu and friendly and adequate staff. - Edit
This restaurant has a complete vegan menu with lots of options to choose from. We tried the vegan selection of starters, lasagna, chicken tenders and apple pie with homemade lemon ice cream. Delish!!!! The staff adds to the wonderful dinner with their friendliness and adequacy. We had a table in the garden (binnentuin) which was lovely.

Een ruime keuze in zowel voor-/hoofd-/ en nagerechten. Genoten van een heerlijke groene curry die vanwege allergieën zonder moeite werd aangepast zodat ik hem veilig kon eten. Heel bijzonder dat de menukaart begint met alle vegan gerechten. Complimenten daarvoor aan de uitbaters van dit gezellige eetcafé met terras en stadstuin.

Een uitgebreide vegan kaart, fijn dat er veel keuze is. Daarnaast ook meerdere dessert om uit te kiezen ipv alleen sorbetijs. Leuke zaak om te eten met een gezelschap waarbij niet iedereen veganistisch eet.

Eetcafe Spinoza is a great example of a restaurant promoting vegan friendly food. They used to have a separate vegan menu, one that would be offered when asked for but nowadays their menu starts with the vegan options first, so it really stands out. There are several vegan dishes that are also listed in their vegetarian/meat menu. We really liked the Vegan Seitan Wellington, alongside some hasselback potatoes.

De veganistische kaart staat voor de standaard kaart (waar de vegan opties ook gewoon tussen staan). Heerlijk eten ook. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en proactief op gebied van plantaardig eten, ze vragen je bij een vegan optie even na of je bijv vegan slagroom of saus wil hebben, nog voordat je het zelf kan aankaarten😉

I had the very tasty Seitan Wellington, and it came with a lovely salad and a good portion of fries.I did not check however if the dressing and mayo were vegan so is you are fully vegan then make sure to ask! Great service, friendly and quick.

Nice food but bad experience - Edit
We had dinner here (2 people), it was not busy but everything took far too long. The waiter who took our first drinks order forgot about it, and we waited for an hour between ordering and receiving our food. Because we waited so long, they gave us an extra serving of fries, but this just left us with too much food to eat where we would've appreciated a reduction on the bill, or at least an apology (which they never gave us). We liked the lasagna very much but we didn't enjoy our experience overall.
