Something healthy

The only place in town close to Broadway for something healthy and fresh. Friendly staff. Clean.

Tasty but expensive

I had avocado toast and fresh rolls. The rice paper on the fresh rolls was quite dry, but that it expected when they sat in the fridge. Avocado toast was nice and I like the addition of cashews. Food is tasty and healthy but prices are a bit high for what you get.

Tasty & fresh vegan wraps/bowls/smoothies!

This cafe was small, but airy, beautiful, and clean. The menu is predominantly vegan, the only animal product I noticed was a coffee option with colostrum, and I think maybe some things had honey. When ordering my latte, they only offered vegan options (oat, almond, cashew). I picked up a pumpkin coffee cake and a wrap too, and everything was sooo good. My favorite meal in Nashville. A little pricey, but worth it. I wish I'd found it earlier so I could have tried more items, the bowls looked fantastic!
