Serves meat, vegan options available. Self-described as a Middle-Eastern gastropub. The menu has marked vegetarian items and notes to ask for the vegan options. Reported closed October 2022.
Daluva is no way a vegan restaurant. They posted their website/menu on the Organic Vegan Hanoi website some time ago, which met some feedback from vegans saying they are not an ethical restaurant. I totally agree, there are better credentialled vegan places that we need to support, not 'the vegan one or two option'. Please we don't need to give these places that deal in miseries any air.
Boycott or remove them
Daluva used to have a number of good vegetarian and vegan options. However they have recently changed their menu and have only one main veg option. This is really disappointing.
They also now offer Australian beef on their menu. Australian beef in Vietnam is live exported and the cows endure horrendous conditions in the boat, not to mention the barbaric methods they use to kill cows here.
I don't recommend this restaurant anymore unfortunately.
I've only been to Daluva once so far, but I'm sure I'll be back. The food was tasty and had many vegan and vegetarian options that are different than what you get at all the other restaurants. It's a bit expensive compared to other options in Hanoi, but I felt like it was worth it.

Pros: support vegan only places. Daluva is not!
Cons: Not vegan at all., Is not an ethical place sells dead animals.
