Comfort food - Edit
Everything was delicious, but I wish that I could have that Lentil Soup on a daily basis. Absolutely the best that I’ve ever had. Cozy atmosphere with a large communal table and a few small ones. Very friendly service. English speaking staff.

Lecker und günstig - Edit
Ich hatte den shawarma Salat aus seitan. Sehr würzig und lecker. Zu Begrüßung habe ich eine falafel aufs Haus bekommen. Die war auch sehr gut.

Good food, but Zionists - Edit
“ I love the food and they have many vegan options!“ and five stars on my first review.
Read moreBut I had to edit because we found out the owners are ZIONISTS (anti-Palestinian). My friends don't go there anymore because of that.

Disappointed, should've gotten the sandwich - Edit
It seems like the pita sandwiches are a good deal, coming with plenty of hummus, veg (like pickled red cabbage), and added protein, if you choose the options with the seitan shawarma (which was out of stock when I went) or falafel.
Read moreWe got the hummus bowls, one with cauliflower and one with falafels. For 9 euros each, the same price as the sandwich, you basically get a massive bowl of hummus with the extra ingredient. None of the veg you would get with the sandwich. The side of fries we ordered had no salt, and the hummus could've done with more lemon juice. The bread was the star.

Tasty food in nice atmosphere - Edit
The food is very delicious, especially the lentil soup. The Most of the dishes are vegan. Staff is very kind and helpful and we got a free falafel by entering the restaurant. The music was maybe a bit to loud to have langer conversations, but it fit to the concept. Next time in Porto I come back.

very good but i wish i could do 3.5 stars - Edit
staff were very kind and had a very friendly conversation with them. they also speak perfect english, if like us you speak very limited portuguese. it gets very busy with the midday rush due to them doing take away orders. it can also get a little cold inside due to it being open air.
Read morethe chips & pittas were excellent with some of the best falafel. the hummus was a little bitter for me.

Pro-Israel place - Edit
I didn't know the restaurant is political having a Zionist background and playing pro-Israel music until I found myself listening to it while eating there. This political dimension created a certain atmosphere and may affect some customers.
Read moreRegarding the food, the pita bread wasn’t good and it was cold too. The fries were completely dry, even though the menu says "soaked in sauce" there wasn’t any sauce/dip. Price level is high compared to the quality.

We had the Classic Pita. And Lentil soup. The portions are generous. There are vegetarian and vega options. They let you know if something is fried.

Cozy veggie joint with a number of vegan options, all great, particularly the falafel and their Prophet pita sandwich. Friendly, accommodating staff. My only quibble is that while they serve beer they don't have any wine available.

Excellent Mediterranean Vegetarian food - Edit
The falafal was amazing - crunchy on the outside, flavorful and soft on the inside. The hummus was great, fresh made. The tahini was zesty. The pitas were soft and fresh and excellent. I loved everything I ordered here. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

On the menu, available in Portuguese and English, the vegan options are labelled, as are spicy and fried options.
I ended up having a classic pita with falafel, which was good though not terribly large.

Excellent pita - Edit
Vegan options clearly marked. Beware of the hellfire chilis. They are very juicy. I got chili juice all over my clothes lol. This place has the softest pita Ive ever had. The falafel and hummus are quite good too!
