Serves meat, vegan options available. Locally owned eatery in a small northern Michigan town with very few vegan choices. Several of the staff are (or have been) vegans and have persuaded the owners and the chef to provide (clearly labeled) vegan choices on the menu. There is a tomato crostini appetizer with tofu as an alternative to cheese, a vegan entree with quinoa and vegetables, a vegan pizza, and several salads that are easily made without the cheese.
