Superb vegan pizza + vegan dessert - Edit
We spent two nights at the Corso Hotel & while the breakfast was not very vegan-friendly, the dinner options were amazing! Three vegan pizzas, all of which sounded great as well as a vegan dessert option! I chose the ”am Graben“ pizza which was honestly one of the best pizzas I ever had (even before becoming vegan) as well as the coppa vegana dessert with mangoes so tender and almonds so crispy I wasn’t sure I ever wanted it to finish. Service was super friendly as well and I would HIGHLY recommend coming here! (& making a reservation😅)

Also had vegan sides and a vegan dessert though I didn’t try it because the pizza was so filling.

We were able to visit spontaneously on a Friday evening and were seated very quickly. The service was exceptionally friendly. The menu offers a choice of three vegan pizza. We tried the Pizza "Am Graben" and "Sternwalde," both were delicious with their thin base and fluffy crust. The pizza "Am Graben" had a bit too much pesto for our taste, making it somewhat greasy. However, the "Sternwalde" pizza impressed us with its unique blend of flavors, especially the miso sauce used as a topping. It was a delightful culinary experience.

The place to get pizza in Brunico - Edit
They offer delicious pizza with perfect dough, some of the pizza options are made with vegan ricotta and/or creme frâiche. They also offer vegan gelato which is also very good. I recommend choosing a pizza with tomato sauce, as some of their pizzas are made with pesto, which are also delicious but nothing beats the aroma of fresh tomatoes on their pizza, prices are moderate except for the gelato coppa which is a little expensive at around 11 euros, but I recommend reserving a table beforehand.
