Tasty lattes - Edit
My husband and I happened upon here while passing through Cold Spring, and we were pleased to see they have some vegan baked goods in addition to plant milks. Some syrups, in the least, were vegan for the lattes. We liked our matcha and coffee lattes but didn’t try any baked goods. Cute vibe.

Few options - Edit
I've been to this place many times and enjoyed their vegan baked goods and sandwiches. This time they had no vegan options—they said that "the berry bars are vegan but they're not out yet." Very disappointing. And they have a $.75 plant milk charge. (Though the coffee was still good.) Hopefully this was just because it it's the winter and they'll have more options when the weather warms up.

Vegan baked good bonanza + sandwich! - Edit
We were wandering around the adorable town of Cold Spring looking for a snack and found a veritable jackpot at this coffee shop/cafe. They had a tasty vegan sandwich as well as a about half of their baked goods being vegan. We indulged in a chocolate chip tahini cookie that was heavenly as well as a flaky, delicious croissant. Could have had scones, brownies and a few other cookies. What a find!
