I ordered the Veganos tacos, which are served with beans and rice. I asked if the rice was cooked with chicken stock and was told yes, but they said the beans used no butter or lard. I ordered just the beans. I ordered chips and guac to share and again asked if the chips used lard and was told no.

They were lying about something, though, because I had a reaction to something. I suspect it was either the chips or the beans given what previous reviews say.

The omni group I went with had no trouble and raved about how good it was, fwiw, but I would skip this place if you’re vegan.
