The food at this small air-conditioned restaurant is vegan, however, a few drinks might contain dairy - ask. Offer many dishes with mock meats. Has an English-language menu, and the owners speak English. Previously on Le Hong Phong. Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-9:00pm.

Great-Cheap Food - Edit
Visit here at least once on every trip to Viet Nam. Small restaurant recently been renovated and air-con'ed with flat screen TV.
Staff will speak no English unless the owner himself is there.
Menu has no English either.
Has Vietnamese dishes to include noodle soups and rice plates. Nothing fancy, just your normal dishes for the common working class Vietnamese.
Very cheap and excellent tasting.
Will probably be a challenge to order if you don't speak Vietnamese, though.
As far as food goes, this is definitely a 5, but it gets a 3 since it will be hard for a Foreigner to order (I am Vietnamese).
Pros: Cheap, Excellent food
Cons: No English Spoke, No English Menu, No pictorials on Menu.
