Serves meat, vegan options available. This award-winning dining center offers a fusion of community & cultural dining experiences. Features 8 micro restaurants, a build-your-own salad bar and a dessert station for a variety of globally inspired cuisine. One of the stations has a vegan choice for lunch/dinner. For breakfast the Asia buffet has a tofu scramble. NOTE: Please verify if open to the public. Open Mon-Fri 7:00am-8:00pm, Sat-Sun 9:00am-8:00pm. Hours are during normal academic year times. Check website for off season hours.
