Dairy milk poisoning - Edit
This place is ADORABLE, but if you choose to accept this mission, please be sure you ask if the milk they give you with the vegan high tea is in fact the soy milk listed on the menu. I tasted a tea spoon because the color was off, but I use almond milk at home in LA so I didn't quite remember what soy milk looked like. When I asked the server if it was soy milk she was annoyed and said "oh, you wanted soy milk?" I have to admit I was a bit snippy because additionally, I'm lactose intolerant and knew that a terrible stomach ache was coming my way too. The vegan baked goods were in fact vegan, but the chutney sandwich was so bad I only had one bite. You can see my reviews of the other stuff below. This would be a perfectly nice place to go for tea or coffee if you specified everything you wanted rather than just ordering off the menu. They did have a vegan berries and cream cake that looked fresh and good in the case, but what I got was an old banana cake. Quite a rip off for thirty euro and an upset stomach.
