We asked which items on their menu are vegan and our waitress said there was nothing. She called a senior waiter and he also said that there was nothing vegan.

Nice vegan respite in a busy area of Santiago - Edit
This coffee shop offers great coffee with soy milk options, and we stopped there before visiting parque Santa Lucia. We had both of their vegan sandwiches, one with Seitan, the other with grilled tofu. Both were delicious and the service was excellent. This is close to Plaza de Armas if you are visiting there too.
