We had a selfmade spelt pizza with vegetables & gyros and a gyros burger. Both was very good, the gyros "meat" was a bit too salty and there could have been more vegetables on the pizza though. But still very good and delicious!
For dessert we had one piece of a vegan cheesecake and one piece of a vegan chocolate-cherrycake. The cheesecake was quite good but the chocolate-cherrycake was AWESOME! :)
Excellent place with indoor and outdoor seats in a pavillon. It is situated next to a parking not far from the old town centre of Celle.
I had a scrambled tofu sandwich that was really nice (much better than with eggs...) and Latte Macchiato from almond milk. Later on I tried a hot dog, which was like the Danish version, very nice.
I had not tried the pastry that looked very delicious. I will definitely give a try next time. Highly recommended to everybody.
Cafe veg-ruf is a vegan eatery near the center of the city, a short walk from Celle Castle and the city's historic downtown. The owners are very friendly, the mains are excellent, and the almond creme cake was fantastic. Make sure you try one of their hot dogs if you stop in, they're served on a roll with mustard, ketchup, and fried onions! Please note they close at 6pm, so get there early. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone visiting Celle.

The café is very cozy and the staff is friendly.
