I ordered a dish with seitan bbq like ribs it was really good, but the rest was just ok , salad too acidic ,soggy fries abs plantain , maybe was the way it was packaged .

It's a NO for me - Edit
I had so high expectations about this place, I had read and heard amazing comments and the overall image they've created led me to believe it was fantastic. But it was a huge dissapointment. You have to make reservations in advance since it works closed doors. I had seen pictures of the place and thought it was cozy and beautiful, but when we arrived, they deliverately put us in a table in the first floor which has nothing special, in fact it's kinda bland and when asked the waitress if she could put us in the second floor, the answer was "it's completely reserved and you're not allowed there". Anyway, we went for the food and it was nothing but breaded fried seitan and lots of condiments. The prices waay too high for the quality. The presentation is in no way special. The waitresses are very inexperienced and make a lot of mistakes. The only good thing was one of the entries, the fried tofu but the Tudella tacos are in no way practical to eat. Not with your hands, not with cutlery. So, the overall experience was not good at all. I'm never going back and won't recommend it to anyone.

The Sevice Was So Poor-I Didnt Get My Meal! - Edit
This restuarant was a tiring, trying and unsatisfying experience. We were there for the better part of x2 hours, waiting for our meals. The inexperienced waiter needed to ask for help/support/direction from his fellow staffers, bocz he was completely hopeless. Yes, there was a language barrier-but we were just choosing items from the menu. One meal came very late, the other was inadequately cold, and then disappeared again-never to return.

Rather than go here-go to Wok down the road, they have vegan and veggie options, the service is spectacular, the emals extremely tasty, and they empy single mothers as wait staff-they are awesome!
Pros: Hard to find one-as my meal disappeared, Interesting premises, They need staff training for newbies

This restaurant has bright colors and nice artwork on the walls contributing to a nice atmosphere. Our waiter was friendly and spoke a little English.

They also have a clothing line with some nice T-shirts up for sale and organize introductory workshops for people wanting to explore veganism.

I know this place since its first location. Although it was a smaller place, it had a great atmosphere. And it used to be a great place when there weren’t many vegan restaurants around.
Read moreNow it feels just fine. There is still a semi-large selection of foods to order, but the flavour of everything is on the bland side and sometimes portions can be too small (chips, for instance).
The prices are not too high, but I’d say it’s bit expensive for what you get.
Make sure to try the seitan burger

About 18 months ago it was easily my favorite vegan restaurant in Bogotá. Then they cut everything off of the menu except burgers & those weren’t as tasty as they had been last year. They just added some items back— I used to drool over their lasagna (for an Italian food-loving vegan who doesn’t much like eggplant or mushrooms, their zucchini-based lasagna was a godsend). Lasagna is back on the menu and.... not very good. So maybe they’ll get back to where they once were.... I hope so.
