Absolutely different opening times on the closed floor, then in HappyCow....

I'm Julie and I am a part of HappyCow's editing team. We're sorry to see that the hours listed did not match the actual hours for Bubu's Pub, however it would be more helpful for you to submit an "update" rather than a review about this matter. I have looked at their Facebook page and it shows that (like many places at present) Bubu's Pub's hours are fluctuating a lot due to the covid-19 pandemic, rule changes, and demand changes. We at HappyCow work to stay up-to-date, but we depend on members like you to submit updates, as we are a small staff and cannot watch all of our 10,000s of listings on a daily basis.
