YUM FILLED DONUTS - Edit
Me and my boyfriend visited here one morning (and we totally should have come for breakfast) and they had SO MANY donuts left. We picked up three - a pandan-creme filled donut, a maple coconut donut and a salted caramel & hazelnut donut. The last two were fairly average - they weren't overly sweet , and they didn't taste much like their flavours (although the coconut bacon was very good) , but the creme filled one was VERY GOOD. We kept it for later and it was perfectly fine in the carry-case, and the creme didn't go off even though it was 28 degrees.
Read moreReally nice decor, and really nice staff too. Free stickers are always a bonus, as is free water and outside seating :) £2.50 per donut is fair considering the size, and you can get four (i think?) for £9
Pros: Creme filled donut is amazing, Nice vibe, Reasonably priced
Cons: The less extravagant donuts can be a bit tasteless, One toilet, Far out from 'centre'

cosy place close to the kanal, nice doughnuts - Edit
I bought two of them today and while one of them was delicious, the other one was kind of dry. The variety available is awesome though and very creative. Everything is vegan so cheers to that too. I find personally €2.50 for a doughnut a bit pricey but that's me. Water is freely available to everyone and the interiors are cosy.

Really good affordable donuts. Although not that close to the centre, you have to visit if you're nearby.

I was so happy - Edit
As the title says, i was so happy to have found this small spot where they sell vegan donuts. I hadn't eaten a donut in years, where before my plantbased lifestyle I would eat a donut or 5 each week.
Read moreSince we do not live in Berlin and we stumbled upon this cosy place, we decided to not just choose one donut, but taste all the donuts that were leftover. As we arrive late in the afternoon, there was not much choice yet, nevertheless, the donuts that were left, were still delicious.
Can definitely recommend this place, will for sure return next time I'm in Berlin. Keep up the good work!
Pros: Donuts, because: donuts!, Sufficient coffee and tea choices, Nice and cozy place to sit
Cons: Late afternoon, not that much choice of donuts left, Location, a bit outside of regular paths

Delicious fried donuts, good coffee, English speaking staff.
Read moreThey clearly state that everything is vegan, including their milk which is "oat milk".
They often sell out of donuts early so be sure to get there early if you want to be assured of getting their delicious vegan donuts.

great donuts awful coffee - Edit
Had an amazing grilled cheese here and walked out with a box of 12 donuts (good vegan donuts in nz are hard to find! So every time I see them overseas I go a little donut crazy!) the donuts were incredible light, fluffy and delicious!!!. my coffee however was absolutely disgusting I could tell from the splatter all over my cup that their grind/extraction was way off the mark and I'm unsure if either the barista didn't have the training to fix it or was too busy to bother. Like drinking lighter fluid mixed with lemon juice. I hate to sound pretentious (I really do hate people that say stuff like this) but as a barista myself I would never have served something so obviously faulty it was really disappointing.

Donuts by the canal - Edit
When I heard there was a vegan donut shop in Berlin it was a must go to on our trip. Upon arriving at Brammibal's the place was really busy but luckily we managed a get seat outside overlooking the Landwehr canal, which was perfect to watch the world go by and to indulge into some vegan donuts. The choice of donuts available was extraordinary and after much deliberation we decided to order the chocolate peanut butter and salted caramel white chocolate donuts. The donuts were excellent especially the peanut butter donut, although there could have perhaps been more white chocolate. Definitely a must go to place to visit when in Berlin and I cannot wait to go back one day.

Worth the hype - Edit
I had been following Brammibal's Donuts on Instagram for some time before my trip to Berlin, and they did not disappoint. The donuts even impressed my non-vegan friend! Great selection of funky flavors. We also both tried out a dish they had just added to the menu (called the lunch bowl I believe...chick pea pancake with hummus, avocado, and all the good stuff). Delicious! Had a matcha latte and their cold brew. Staff was kind, helpful, and fluent in English and German. They came over to check on us a few times, and even asked to make sure the amount of matcha was to my liking which I appreciated! The shop itself is super cute and has great outdoor seating near the water. Definitely visit if you're in Berlin! I can't wait till I can come back.

Donuts in hipster paradise - Edit
If you're visiting Berlin, this place might seem a bit out of your way (it's not in a touristy spot at all), but it's worth the detour. The donuts were great (the two we had tasted similar, but the consistency is on point. You wouldn't be able to say they're vegan) and the service was fast and friendly. I definitely recommend the oatmilk cappuccino as well.

I loved Brammibal's. It's nestled in a neat spot by the canal in Berlin with outdoor and plenty of indoor seating. They had a great selection of flavors for the vegan donuts, and the cappuccino I had was A+. I'd definitely return!

As a tourist it can be hard to find the perfect spots to relax during the day while exploring the city. Brammibal's have all, what you need! Lots of different, exciting donuts, couches/comfy armchairs, plugs to recharge your devices, free wifi, free water and no pressure to leave in a hurry.
Read moreI had their grilled cheese sandwich, and I must admit it was just ok, nothing spectacular. But their donuts (especially the stuffed ones) are to die for!! And the whole atmosphere there is just very relaxed and friendly. If I lived in Berlin, I imagine I often would sit at Brammibal's and chill.
