This restaurant only has one vegetable dish but tofu can be substituted for meat in any of the dishes. The food was tasty and the staff was very helpful. The manager has a vegan friend and so was very understanding of what we want. They used soft tofu in the dish I had. It was a different and pleasant taste. It is so nice to have a Chinese restaurant that can make vegan dishes and has brown rice close to my home. They have completely redone the dining area and it is bright, clean and modern. We had enjoyed the food here very much until one evening we noticed the busser was wearing a pistol. We live in this neighborhood and have never felt the need to be armed. I see no need to wear a weapon and refuse to patronize companies that do.
