Seasonal Roll:
Black rice, blackened goguma, avocado and baby arugula topped with lemon dill fava beans, puffed quinoa and tomato powder.
Sauce: Sweet corn saffron.

This was incredibly disappointing... I absolutely loved some of their other rolls so I wanted to bring my non-vegan friend here to try something and we both had this roll. Neither of us liked it which was so disappointing especially this was the first thing my friend had at this place, not a good first impression. The flavors were weird and it was a little too sweet for something that's supposed to be savory.
