Conveniently Located Vegan Option - Edit
My husband and I ordered take out from this location as it was only 1 block away from our hotel. I had some vegan gluten free options, and he had his comfort food options, so we were both happy about that. My husband had the chicken sandwich which he said was okay. The mac and cheese was made from sweet potato which at first surprised him but he ended up liking that as well. I had a kale ceaser salad which I thought was great, and I'd order that again.
Read morePros: prompt easy take-out, conveniently located all over town, gluten free options
Cons: chicken parm sandwich was not impressive, would be nice to have more soy free options

Healthy and convenient - Edit
I loved how healthy and reasonably priced Beatnic was. Make sure to download their app for coupons, especially for first-time customers! I was really surprised how reasonably priced everything was as well. We loved both our wrap and salad. It was super fresh, and the chicken was great. I believe it was made from jackfruit! We also had the Mac n cheese and an order of fries. Everything tasted great.

Bad service food not great - Edit
It’s a fast food joint and this location had really bad service. After we were served by a person who clearly didn’t want be working, we watched them climb on a counter to work on a piece of equipment, standing on a food prep area, then stepping down but never wiping it.
Read moreThe food was not good either - possibly a low point for me as a vegan. Black bean burger was dry and crumbly.
My wife had the chicky wrap. It was marginally better but neither of us finished and we ended up finding somewhere else to eat.
Cons: Poor service , Poorly prepared food

all vegan - Edit
This was the low point of our NY trip. First kudos for Beatnic for being all vegan yet every all vegan joint isn't 100 percent.
Read moreThe food wasn't filling. The veggie burger was okay if a bit small. The fries were cold and had to be replaced for fresh ones. The service was underwhelming and meze medley could have been better and was over priced.
I suggest looking elsewhere. Can't believe this place I so high rated. If I am blown away I give five stars, four stars is an average. Three stars is if really am not too keen on it and two stars is rare.
This was the low point of the NY trip. Best to find better vegan cuisine or any cuisine for that matter else where.
Pros: all vegan
Cons: food wasn't filling

Filling and scrumptious - Edit
I’ve had most of the menu items at this point and I’ve never regretted a choice. I’m always full and feel like I got more than my money’s worth.

Clean and fast - Edit
1st time here. Clean and inviting. Indoor seating available. Free water available. Bathrooms available. I had the Fable Chili Burrito and the Chicky Deluxe Wrap. Both looked small and disappointing but I was wrong. Both were packed with flavor and well put together. Had the Buffalo cauliflower poppers - basic - nothing special but good. Roasted Brussels Sprouts - basic - nothing special but good. Chocolate Chocolate Brooke - good, small, fudge-y. I would come back for the wraps and skip the sides.

Still tasty - Edit
I didn’t see too many tempting items on the menu but this tangerine salad was great. The fries were fine, I got beet ketchup with them was was great and unique but I am used to being able it take it myself, as much as I want. Maybe this location never had that, it was my first time here but the ketchup came as one little cup with the order on the tray. Also, I wasted $ buying a box of water (yes box…) because I didn’t see that they still had a free water station. I like the decor and vibe, went at lunch and they had some customers but still made the salads fairly quickly.

I had a build your own salad and my husband had the buffalo cauliflower wrap ans mac & cheese. He wasn't crazy about the mac & cheese but enjoyed his wrap. My salad was yummy and there were lots of options to add in.

Perfect Grab n Go food - Edit
The Golden Greens bowl really hit the spot. Grabbed it to go. Good portion size, delicious ingredients, well balanced flavors. Quick for pick up too! Glad to have something I could order online and take with me.

Very disappointed - Edit
This food was BLAND no flavor at all. The chicken sandwich was just a couple chickenless strips on a bun with sauce drizzled on top. I could make better at home. Really not sure what the hype was about. The Mac and cheese was also terrible and bland.

Order the Buffalo Wrap and original fries. The wrap was delicious but the fries were raw. Recommend getting the beet ketchup dipping sauce.

Obsessed - Edit
I got the buffalo cauliflower wrap and Mac n cheese: the wrap reminded me of my favorite wrap before becoming vegan and hit the spot. Reasonably priced for NYC vegan food. I ordered online and just picked up my food and walked out so super easy on lunch break.

Slow and soggy - Edit
Waited 20 minutes for my food and looked like it had been rushed to be put together. Had to go back and ask for my drink because they forgot. Had the guac burger and it wasn’t anything special. Disappointed because I’d had high hopes.

Location Help - Edit
Location helper. Address is listed on Broadway however actual door is on 38th (facing Wichcraft) food is great. Not just a processed vegan sandwich. Mac is worth the extra. Only critic I would rather have the sandwiches wrapped in paper. Yea it’s environmentally better but I really would like it to hold the sandwich together as I eat it

Pros: All vegan , Great service , Reasonable prices
Cons: Hard to find. Door is on 38th , Sweet potato fries could have cooked longer , Sandwich could use paper wrap to help hold it

Fast perfekt. Nettes Personal, sauberer Laden, super Burgerauswahl (cheeze burger ist mega). Leider waren die Pommes ungeniesbar. Kaum durch, fettig, und kalt. Als wären sie seit 2 Tagen dort. Ansonsten top Preis/Leistung für Manhattan!

Nice joint tucked into the heart of the Big A. - Edit
Location is easy to find, tucked in between broadway and 8th Avenue on 3* street.
Read moreSeating is available throughout the place featuring a modest interior.
Staff are friendly and approachable. Although, this is Manhattan after all..
The menu offers a wide variety of options. I had the cauliflower buffalo poppers and the chicky deluxe sandwich. Once served, you get pretty much a tray with a takeaway box for each item. The poppers weren’t really hot after i had received them, but the staff were happy to sort that out. In the meantime i had the sandwich which was pretty good. A bit difficult to eat, as it pretty much dismantled itself completely after two bites. However, that didn’t stop me from finishing it up and was still pretty happy with it.
The poppers were the highlight though once they came back. The glaze is perfect and texture is juicy with a bit of crunch. Good spice and not too much heat in flavor.
Overall experience is good - but nothing wow. I’d definitely recommend to get the Cauliflower Poppers.
Pros: Good variety of food, Location
Cons: Takeaway packed although you’re eating in house
