I really loved this place both locations. But the last 3 weeks I went here twice and both was bad experience. After I called and talked to someone he said come back next time I am working don’t worry and sorry.
So no big deal right ? I mean first time out of 40 visits.
Well I was wrong.
I ordered the same meal and this time they put or left the napkin cover inside and cooked my Nashville chicken!!!

Then I asked for my money back from both times just give me back my $53.11 and then $18.65. I was told they would have to EMT me ? Huh what really? So I said fine no problem. 24 hours later and nothing. No email no call no Refund.

And to show how I was never rude. 3 customers walked in and I stopped talking so not to show that I was upset and that they made a mistake.

The only reason why I am now doing this is only because I never received my refund. Not sure why that would of been so hard to do.

I have no issues with the staff and love them all. But someone needs to step up here and care a little bit more.
