Average nothing special but lots of options - Edit
This place has lots of options
Read moreBut I found the curry (one of their signature dishes) rather bland, spring rolls were average. The lemonade and gingered pickles were great. But that’s not enough for me to come back

Plenty of protein, light on the flavour - Edit
Staff were friendly, nearly everything can be made vegan by request. We tried a couple of the soups - there were several different types of vegan protein within, unfortunately there was only the lightest hint of flavour. Thankfully there was some extra chili on the side which made them edible. With double or triple the seasoning this would be a good meal.

Delicious - Edit
We had Hue noodle soup, kumara chips, soft tofu clay pot (came with rice) and steam vegan chicken with lime leaves. Plenty gluten-free options. Everything was very nice, thank you

3.5 stars: Depends on what you order - Edit
Went back and was pleasantly surprised, really enjoyed the Thai soup, and sour soup (both are extremely similar, only difference being the Thai soup did not have the sour element, and had mushrooms in it). The fried wontons (veggie based) were delicious! and impressively housemade.

Was so excited that this opened up and seeing all the positive reviews, but was very disappointed.
The BBH (bun bo hue) was flavourless, which is a far cry from what it is meant to taste like, complex, spicy, lemongrassy, FULL of flavour.
The menu labelled the chikn rice as vegan, but after receiving the meal was told the burdock root is not vegan, and was replaced with spicy tofu squares. The burdock root looked SOO good so this was extremely disappointing. In addition, the chikn was actually slices of mushroom wrapped in what appears to be tofu skin.
The vegan egg cake was good and the only thing that salvaged this visit.
The staff were really lovely, so it's a shame the dishes we tried weren't great (apart from the egg cake).

Warm Welcome, Generous Serves, and Standout Vegan Vietnamese in Campsie - Edit
My friend and I visited on a freezing, rainy day and were immediately warmed by how friendly and grateful the staff were. The menu clearly marks what’s vegan or can be made vegan, so just remember to request the vegan version when ordering.
Read moreWe tried several dishes (plus some takeaway), and a few really stood out:
• Phở — Comforting, tummy‑warming broth with great flavour, and still perfect for adding extra condiments to build that ideal vegan phở umami.
• Bánh Bột Lọc (Vietnamese Crystal Dumplings) — Loved the mushroom‑and‑veg filling, and I was impressed to see a generous serve of 12 dumplings.
• Chả Trứng Chay (Vegan Egg Cake) — Hit that savoury spot and instantly reminded me of how good this dish was when I had it in Vietnam.
• Strawberry Smoothie — Tasted just like the one from Cabramatta’s Loving Hut, which is high praise.
We’ll definitely be back — the chestnut curry is calling my name.

Nice - Edit
Had the chicken rice egg cake and papaya salad it was good but not amazing. The egg was fun and delicious the chicken and rice pretty good the salad had too much papaya at the bottom not mixed well. Everything is labeled vegan which is good. Glad I tried it but probably not a regular thing.

A Lovely New Vietnamese Find - Edit
Tried Anzzie Veggie Restaurant last night and it was such a great new find. There is a big variety of Vietnamese dishes and everything we had was really delicious. It works well whether you want to share a few plates or order your own dish. The whole menu is vegetarian and most of it is vegan too, with the vegan options clearly marked which makes ordering easy. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant has a really nice ambience. Looking forward to coming back to try more of the menu.

The gentleman who served us was very welcoming and told us what menu items were vegan (pretty much 99% of meals).
Overall i love Anzzie Veggie 💗

Nice vegetarian restaurant! - Edit
Ordered the seaweed spring rolls, chestnut curry and pork rice! Was really good. If you’re vegan you do have to mention it as the menu doesn’t state if the foods are vegan or have egg/dairy in it.
