no interest to visitors

I walked 2 km under the rain to get there, then was running around Bessarabsky market looking where it may be. There was no phone to call to ask location. Finally I found them underground. There was no visitors, only a sales person talking on his phone. He clearly saw me, but not a muscle moved on his face, he resumed his phone conversation. After staring at him for a while I gave up and left to another place. And I don't feel like to go there anymore.

We are sorry that you could not enjoy your visit to our cafe. We are inside the shopping mall Metrograd as it's written in the address. There should be an emergency call that he couldn't immediantly cut it, we are not a restaurant and when there is only one person on duty he can't do all at the same time. We are a little cafe with very friendly staff and will be happy to see you again in a better mood )
