Inside train station - Edit
This is by far the best place in the South Street Station to go for a vegan meal before your train ride, and again, is the only place to go in this station. I got a fast-food vegan breakfast sandwich, which was made of Just Egg, vegan cheese, and vegan sausage--it was filling.
Read moreThere is also a CVS drugstore attached to the station where you can get overpriced vegan protein bars and similar vegan items. Finally, there is a Joey Batts place that sells vegan natas (egg custards); otherwise, this station is a vegan desert.

Nice coffee/simple breakfast stop - Edit
Popped in here for some coffee and noticed they had a vegan breakfast sandwich. Coffee and latte were delicious, breakfast sandwich was a nice bonus made with just egg and impossible sausage, and vegan cheese. Ambiance was nice.

Great option before a long train ride - Edit
We got a coffee with Oatmilk, a mango kale smoothie, and vegan breakfast rolls. Which come with vegan egg, cheese, and sausage.
