Vegan cake and snacks! - Edit
They have a selection of really delicious vegan cakes and a variety of snacks, such as wraps and soup (I guess it changes daily). The chocolate cake is one of the best I've ever had.

Beautiful view with my oat coffee - Edit
Beautiful view of the stave church from the cafetaria. Was quite surprised to see a lot of vegan options here! We had the two different types of muffins (lemonseed and blueberry), the borgund soup, a slice of carrot cake and coffee with oat milk.
