Don't miss out - Edit
Nimfa saved us! There aren't very many spots on the island to get vegan food. We grabbed food from here for almost every meal and everything was great. We just had her whip up whatever she had around. The best part was there was always some sort of protein (vegan ham, tvp, etc). Extremely reasonable prices for great home cooking.

Ninfa kept us well fed - Edit
We had tasty meals prepared by Ninfa. First day was vegetable rice with guisado and plantain fries. The next day we had a ham, cheese and tomato wrap for lunch and burger for dinner. Lunch the day after was a hard and cheese panini.
Read moreIt was not expecting to eat so well in Providencia and had better meals there than in San Andres.
First day we went to check her place, everything was closed but luckily the neighbour called her and she came outside. She happily prepared dinner then.
There are no signs but Google maps is accurate.

Wow vegan food on Providence Island! - Edit
Wow, we were just amazed to find a vegan restaurant on Isla Providencia! We never went to the restaurant itself as we were staying at SW Bay but I communicated with Ninfa by WhatsApp and she organised deliveries for us.
Read moreWe had the burger and fries and tofu wraps the first time. The wraps were the best thing we had, yum! We loved the vegan cheese on the burger but unfortunately I hadn't realised there would be mustard on it which I really don't like and it was soaked into the bread and difficult to remove.
2nd delivery I must've confused Ninfa by asking for fries with the ham and cheese sandwich and we received another burger in error. We also ordered the pasta which was ok (veg in almond milk).
Open evenings from 6pm, closed on Fridays.
Just to add Ninfa told me that she gets her vegan cheese and meats from Natufit Boutique in the main town. We went in and they had some great stuff in the fridge including hot dogs, the vegan ham and a selection of amazing vegan cashew nut cheeses (made in Bogota!) I've tried to add Natufit Boutique on here but for some reason I couldn't submit the addition (perhaps due to lack of opening hours, it shuts for a siesta but is open late but couldn't say exactly). They also had other stuff such as a selection of different nut butters, plant milk powders, crackers, grains. It's a coffee shop too but I don't know if there was anything vegan or not.

Pros: Ninfa was lovely and helpful, Reasonable prices, Delivery only COP 10,000
Cons: Not very healthy, Limited options/only 5 dishes on the menu, Didn't get what we ordered 2nd time
